Cancellation Policy
At Mazheen, we are committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for every customer. While we process orders as quickly as possible, we understand that you may occasionally need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy below.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
- Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Paid Orders
- Paid orders can be cancelled within 24 to 48 hours of order placement upon the customer’s request.
- After 48 hours, cancellation requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and are subject to Mazheen’s approval.
Order Cancellation by Mazheen
Mazheen reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Product or inventory unavailability
- Technical or system-related errors
- Payment verification issues
- Any other situation that prevents us from fulfilling the order
If an order is cancelled by Mazheen after payment has been received, the customer will be contacted by our Customer Support team, and the matter will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Exchange Policy.
