Refund and Exchange Policy

At Mazheen, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure you receive products of the highest quality. Please read our Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Policy

As per Mazheen’s policy, we do not offer refunds in any form, including bank transfers, cash refunds, credit card reversals or any other payment method.
If an order cancellation is approved by our customer service team, the paid amount will be issued as a Mazheen Store Voucher or Online Store Credit.
The voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase through the Mazheen website and will remain subject to its validity period.

Exchange Policy

Under normal circumstances, we do not offer exchanges or returns.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
Customers may exchange an approved faulty item for another available in-stock product or choose to receive Mazheen Store Credit equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges), which can be used on a future purchase.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the item received is defective, damaged or different from the product originally ordered.
We do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences such as colour, design, fabric, style or any change of mind after purchase.
If the delivered product does not match the size originally ordered, you may request an exchange.
Exchange requests must be reported to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be returned to the address provided by our customer service team within 5 to 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for exchange.
Where applicable, customers may also choose to receive a Mazheen Store Voucher or Discount Code equal to the eligible amount.
Shipping and courier charges associated with returning an item for exchange will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
We aim to process all approved exchange requests within 14 working days after receiving the returned product.
No refunds are offered under any circumstances for both domestic and international orders.
In eligible cases, only a Mazheen Store Voucher, Store Credit, or Discount Code equal to the approved amount will be provided.
